This page explains — in plain English, like everything else we do — what information we collect when you visit craftyfuen.com, why we collect it, and what we never do with it.
The short version: we collect the contact details you choose to send us and standard website analytics. We don't sell your information, we don't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for, and we don't share it with anyone beyond the services that keep this site running.
What we collect when you contact us
When you fill out the contact form, you send us your name, your business email, what's taking up your time, and anything else you choose to write. That submission is delivered to us as an email — we don't store it in a marketing database. We use it for one thing: responding to you about your automation question.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this site — which pages get read, how people arrive (search, ads, direct), and what device they're on. Google Analytics sets cookies to do this. The data we see is aggregated; it tells us "6 people arrived from a Google search this week," not who those people are.
Advertising measurement
We occasionally run Google Ads. If you arrive through an ad and later send us the contact form, Google's conversion measurement records that the ad led to an inquiry. This helps us know whether the ads are worth running — it doesn't give us any information about you beyond what you typed into the form.
Cookies, and how to say no
The only cookies on this site come from Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement. You can block or clear them in your browser settings, or install Google's own Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site works exactly the same without them.

- Google — analytics and ads measurement, as described above.
- Microsoft Azure — hosts this website and delivers the contact-form email to us.
That's the whole list. We never sell, rent, or trade your information.
How long we keep it
Contact-form emails stay in our inbox as long as we're talking with you — or might be. If you'd like yours deleted, ask and we'll remove it.
Your choices
Email us at Info@CraftyFuen.com any time to ask what information we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll respond within a few business days — no forms, no hoops.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. We won't quietly start doing something this page says we don't do.
